Not truffles!

Tyler's comment after reading an Associated Press article on truffles:

"Global warming has gone too far — now it's personal."

Aspen strikes again

Well, Aspen finally chewed up some things of importance: My glasses. She committed the heinous crime last week. Tyler had to duct tape the left side of the frame back together for me, so now I have "for home wear only" glasses. Teeth marks are permanently ingrained on my lenses and the right side that hooks behind my ear is all wire now. I wasn't amused with situation to say the least. Tyler said it wasn't that big of deal.

But then last night, she chewed up the back side of his Birkenstocks — the ones he uses for work — and that was a big deal. He wasn't very amused.

So if you come and visit — beware of the cute, little dog. She'll chew up something dear to you as well. She knows exactly what to go for.

Getting closer to a new car

Tyler and I won $250 after the first quarter of the game last night — I'm not cursed when it comes to betting on football! Thank you New England for not scoring that touch down until the second quarter!!!
