Guess who's going to the Foo Fighter's concert in Reno on Friday? That's right, I do. Tara, Adam and me are going there after Adam and I get done with work. I can hardly wait.
This weekend Tyler and I will be headed to out favorite bar to watch the Super Bowl. We bought a few squares on the board so we're hoping to rake in some cash.
As for other happenings, I finally decided to get a real, honest to goodness phone. In the next day or so, Tyler and I should have internet and a land line, so we'll be living in the 21st century again. This all was prompted after Tyler's phone managed to grow legs and walk off into the great unknown — my cell phone doesn't work at the apartment so we haven't had a phone since Sunday. I know my mom will be happy that she can call me anytime now.
Aspen is a little brat at the moment. Her new favorite thing is to eat anything laying around. This includes the following: Raw onions, heads of garlic, Spanish note cards, Outside Magazine, the Tahoe Daily Tribune, socks, wood and cook books.

And my camera is still broken...but I have a snowboard!
Much has happened since I last wrote...
Tracy and Logan (Tyler's mom and brother) came and stayed with us for a week. On New Year's, we went up to Tyler's restaurant (since he was working) and wined and dined on a fabulous four course meal. I'd tell you what we ate, but I'd butcher the menu with my descriptions so you'll have to ask Tyler about that. Logan took pictures so you should all pressure him to send them to you.
I learned to snowboard on Sunday and I am going to make another go at it by myself tomorrow. We just got about six feet of snow so the mountain's great. Tyler was kind enough to stick with me and teach me. Now I'm at the point where I'll keep tumbling down the mountain until I officially get it. I hoping my stubborn nature will help me learn quickly.
Aspen lost her first tooth the other day. Tyler was playing tug-of-war with her and it fell out. For a second, we couldn't recall if dogs had baby teeth, but one quick call to my mom remedied that situation.
Luke and Colin are coming down to visit, so I'm sure will be up to some old fashioned debauchery this approaching MLK weekend.
That's all for now. I'm going to be better and try to update this every week. I thought about making it my New Year's Resolution but I want to keep it, so I decided not to.
