Well, Aspen finally chewed up some things of importance: My glasses. She committed the heinous crime last week. Tyler had to duct tape the left side of the frame back together for me, so now I have "for home wear only" glasses. Teeth marks are permanently ingrained on my lenses and the right side that hooks behind my ear is all wire now. I wasn't amused with situation to say the least. Tyler said it wasn't that big of deal.
But then last night, she chewed up the back side of his Birkenstocks — the ones he uses for work — and that was a big deal. He wasn't very amused.
So if you come and visit — beware of the cute, little dog. She'll chew up something dear to you as well. She knows exactly what to go for.

He's apparently in need of a kennel when you're away, guys. Emily has one for her Golden, Bailey the Troublemaker. Don't wait until Aspen gets your passports!
Hey Guys, Aspen is a puppy- in case you didn't notice. She will chew now until... Good old Fred still find things to gnaw on. The key here is to hide or lock up ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that matters!! Otherwise, from time to time your suprises will be endless. Good Luck on that. Things are doing well at the Manor. We will gearing up for Easter soon. Never ends does it? Take care, Love to you from Roger and I.

that's nothin'. cameron (our friends' chocolate lab who is the same age as aspen) has gotten their remote control, the arm of one of their chairs, a blanket, the underside of a coffee table, and (here's the best one!) some siding off of the back of their house! do those things really taste good???? wiley's big ticket item was our digital camera, and roxie chewed a hole in our mattress when we went out of town for a weekend. gotta love 'em.
